Reservation and Cancellation Policy
RESERVATION
50% deposit is required to reserve rafting / lodging.
Full payment is expected within 14 days of trip date.
CANCELLATION

Written notification required.

$5 / per person cancellation fee required for
all cancelled reservations.

30 days or more prior to trip date: Full amount
received may be either refunded or transferred toward a future
trip (minus $5 per person cancellation fee).

14-30 days prior to trip date: 50% of the amount
received may be either refunded or transferred towards a future trip
(minus $5 per person cancellation fee).

13 or less days prior to trip date: No refund will
be available.
Unforeseen events can happen at any moment in life. If
