Reservation and Cancellation Policy

RESERVATIONS
Rafting only & Rafting w/Lodging
50% deposit is required to reserve rafting/rafting & lodging within 7 days of making a reservation.
Full payment is expected within 14 days of trip date
Raft trips booked less than 14 days from trip date must be paid in full at time of booking.
Lodging/Camping Only:
Lodging Reservations require 100% payment at the time of booking.
We do our best to accommodate camping and lodging site requests, but specific sites cannot be guaranteed.
CANCELLATIONS
Written notification required. No-shows for both rafting and lodging forfeit deposit and/or any monies paid in advance. Holiday reservations are not refundable.
Rafting only & Rafting w/Lodging Cancellations:
A $15.00 per person service charge will be deducted from the deposit.
30 days or more prior to trip, all monies received may be refunded or transferred toward a future trip (minus the $15 per person service charge).
29-14 days prior to trip date, 50% of monies received may be refunded or transferred toward a future trip (minus the $15 per person service charge).
If cancellations are made 13 or fewer days before the trip date, no refund will be available. This includes no-shows of both groups, and individual members of a group.
Lodging/Camping Only Cancellations:
30 or more days prior to the lodging date, 50% of monies received may be refunded or transferred toward future lodging (if lodging is available for the alternate date).
If cancellation is made fewer than 30 days before the date of lodging, no refund will be available.
